Embrace the next step and achieve your goals with the 2010 Gold Coast Airport Marathon Training Diaries. Written by four-time Gold Coast Marathon winner, Pat Carroll, these 25-week programs will help you get your campaign started and keep you on track!
There are training diaries for the marathon, half marathon and 10km with BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED programs for each distance.
The interactive PDF format gives you the ability to track your kilometres, the number of sessions you complete and has fields to enter your time and performance comments. There are also inspirational quotes each week to keep you motivated to achieve your goals on 3-4 July!
