2008 TRAINING DIARIES
Congratulations on Embracing the Next Step for the 30th Anniversary 2008 Gold Coast Airport Marathon!
Before you begin your training program, please take some time to read the Essential Instructions
which detail important information such as choosing the training
program best for you, as well as training tips to help maximise your
running sessions.
Each program is 20 weeks in duration and begin on Monday 18 February. Whether your an experienced campaigner competing in the Marathon, or a beginner starting out with the 10km Run, these specifically-designed programs will help prepare you to perform at your best on Sunday 6 July.
Both the 7.5km Walk and the Junior Dash programs are 8 weeks in length and will be available for download in April. In the meantime, you can still access our programs for the 2007 7.5km Walk and the 2.25km and 4km Junior Dash Events.
